Jewish friends is it possible that I am a Gilgul?

A gilgul is a Kabbalistic concept that is only found in a few esoteric sources. Essentially it is about a Jewish soul that chose a difficult path into Judaism by being born into a non-Jewish situation and then seeks it way back through conversion. It is not something that is universally believed or accepted in Judaim- and the sources that bring it are of a nature that they are not discussed that openly or written about extensively (genuine Kabbalah is taught one on one- the texts may be readable- but the concepts not understood without a proper teacher who hands down the teaching- thus the name "Kabbalah" meaning "Received". In the Talmud and in many ancient sources such teachings are referred to as "Sod" meaning secret or hidden)
