Well, I guess it may be tough for you to see, but looking at this objectively, I would say you certainly have a chance. I quote: "With Hugh tonite. cant wait! :)". With all due respect to the fact that females are impossible to understand, I would say that she is quite clearly stating that she "can't wait" to be with you, and therefore it would seem you have a chance with her. You never know, but that's my impression.
