Rootkit info??

I use AVG anti-virus..And spyware blaster...windows defender...ad-aware for anti-spyware and i use zone alarm firewall. I would like to know if i have any rootkits will this software pick it up? Or do i need to download anti-rootkit scanners, if i do could you tell me any good ones(anti-rootkit) thats free?
