Do we really need government if we behave ourselves?

Do we really need any type of government or system (capitalism, socialism, communism, monarchy, republic, federal, etc.) if we as people learn how to govern ourselves. Meaning, if we know right or wrong, respect human values and common laws, and learn how to respect others the want to be respected, etc. Why pay money for people who pretend as our representatives and protectors. I say, let all politicians and beurocrats find another job and we humanbeings are capable to govern ourselves. What do you say, peoples?
