If Israel builds settlements on the West Bank, what should they do to Palestinians who live there already?

They will do what they have always done which is to seize the land on some pretext or other or simply kick the Palestinians out. They will then ignore international condemnation as usual safe in the knowledge that the Jewish Lobby in the US will protect them.
