Bubbling clam... Will this bother my fish too much?

No I don't think it'll bother them. It will actually give them more oxygen, which is good! Besides the fish stores wouldn't sell that product if it was meant to bother the fish. Even if it did bother the fish, the tank is huge, and they can always stay away from the clam thing :)
